Twist of Asian Crunchy Salad

This salad is ah-mazing!
The best part of this salad is the cilantro and rice vinegar, coupled with the crunch of the cabbage. Add some grilled chicken or shrimp and dinner is served.

Ingredients
- One bag of angel hair shredded cole slaw (white cabbage)
- Half bag of matchstick carrots (shredded)
- One container of shredded purple cabbage
- 3-4 green onions (diced up)
- 1 large handful of cilantro (chopped)- maybe a cup or so
- 1 bag of frozen shelled edemame (thawed out)
- 1 red pepper thinly sliced
- 1 bag of sliced almonds with cranberries
Directions
Mix all together in a large bowl
Dress with a light Asian dressing (I used Maplewood Farms sesame ginger and a little rice wine vinegar. I probably used 2/3 bottle and some vinegar.
